Terms and Conditions of Service

Trading As - Hooked Up Beer Line Cleaning

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of beer line cleaning services by Hooked Up Beer Line Cleaning (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms. These terms are subject to change at any time.
2. Services Provided
We offer:
Standard beer line cleaning
Deep cleaning
Emergency cleaning
Regular maintenance packages
Installations and maintenance
Staff training
Services will be performed at the agreed-upon location and scheduled time, using industry-standard equipment and cleaning solutions.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings must be confirmed in writing / text or via email.
Cancellations or rescheduling by yourselves require at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Hooked Up Beerline Cleaning may cancel or reschedule any appointment with limited notice if the reasons are out of our control, eg, staff sickness. A new date will be provided as soon as possible. We will always endeavour to provide as much notice as possible before changing an appointment.
4. Access & Equipment
You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time.
Any delays caused by lack of access may incur additional charges.
You agree to ensure your system is safe and compliant for servicing.
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued upon completion of the service (or every 4 weeks for regular clients).
Payment is due on completion of work by card, cash or bank transfer. Monthly and annual customers must pay within [30] days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a [£20] late fee after [5] days overdue and will incur a further £10 per day thereafter.
6. Liability
We take all reasonable care when providing our services. However, we shall not be held liable for any pre-existing faults or issues within your system or premises.
You are advised to inform us of any concerns or system malfunctions prior to cleaning.
Any faults we notice and subsequently advise of vocally and through your report, unless caused by our negligence is the responsibility of the equipment owner, usually a brewer. We will not be held responsible for any issues outside of our control.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to remove any obstructions and ensure the workspace is safe and hygienic.
You must notify us of any known sensitivities to cleaning products or restrictions in advance.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to discontinue services if:
Health and safety risks are identified on-site. Health and safety risks include but are not limited to pest infestation, flood, physical damage to the fabric of the building, electrical issues.
Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour is displayed.
Payment terms are repeatedly breached.
If you wish to end our partnership you may do so at any time in writing to Info@voyagershook.com.
For pay on completion customers we require 7 days notice. There is no cancellation fee.
For rolling monthly customers we require 30 days notice. There is no cancellation fee but there will be no refund of any money paid.
For annual contract customers we require 30 days notice, please note, there is a 30% cancellation fee for annual contract customers. eg, if you are 6 months in and wish to cancel we will take 30% of the remaining months £132 x 6 = £792 - 30%, meaning we will invoice £237.60 for the cancellation.
9. Intellectual Property
Any materials, documents, or branding provided by us remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without our consent.
10. Privacy & Data
We will only collect and use personal data necessary to deliver our services and will never share your information without permission, except as required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Holidays
There may be occasions throughout the year where we will not be available for appointments, these dates will be provided to yourselves with at least 4 weeks notice unless out of our control. In these situations we will offer an alternative date or a reduction in your bill for the time we are away.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
