Standard Line Clean - Pay on the day.

  • For small venues like cafes and restaurants, we charge £25 to clean your line to a professional standard using only the best line cleaning solutions.

  • Same great service as a single tap account, £49 per line clean, completed weekly at a time that suits you.

  • £79 for a full professional line clean, that is only just over £6 a tap.

  • over 12 taps is charged at an extra £5 per tap.

    • Add a maintenance check up and report for an extra £15.

    • Add bar training on for an extra £49.99 for unto 3 people & a certificate.

    • Add a tap and keg sanitising pack for an extra £12.99

Monthly maintenance package - Rolling contract

  • For small venues like cafes and restaurants, we charge £100 per month to clean your line to a professional standard once a week using only the best line cleaning solutions plus For an additional £20 a month all of the added maintenance checks as listed below.

  • Same great service as a single tap account, £196 per month, completed weekly at a time that suits you. Plus for an extra £20 a month all of the added maintenance checks as listed below.

  • £316 for a full professional line clean, completed weekly and Paid monthly. Plus for an extra £20 a month all of the added maintenance checks as listed below.

  • over 12 taps is charged at an extra £5 per tap.

  • With the maintenance package you get the same great, professional line clean, Add the service review on for an additional £10 per review whenever you want, (usually £15 per review) with all of the below added benefits of our 40 point check list as detailed below:

    • Carry out a line clean as standard.

    • Check the cooler temperatures are in the correct range and the cooler is working as it should be.

    • Check the glycol level in the cooler if it is present and too up as necessary.

    • Clean off any dust from the cooler condenser as required.

    • Clean off any dust from the back of the heat dump if necessary and if it is accessible.

    • Check the stock is being rotated.

    • Check the glassware is as it should be.

    • Check the glass washer and advise of any issues.

    • Check the pressures on the beers and ciders.

    • Check the speeds of all taps are within spec for the relevant brewer.

    • Complete a detailed report of any issues for you to forward onto the relevant brewer, this will be competed as a brewery technician would so they can get to the fault quicker.

    Cask ale lines will also be cleaned during the session, we will clean any unused cask taps as required.

  • For small venues like cafes and restaurants, we charge £100 per month to clean your line to a professional standard once a week using only the best line cleaning solutions plus all of the added maintenance checks as listed below.

    This price includes the 40 point service review and report for free for signing up for 12 months.

One off deep line clean

  • A deep line clean requires the use of a stronger solution, it can also mean we need to strip down the fob detectors and couplers to give them a deep clean. for 1-4 taps this is priced at only £75 per clean and is billed on completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • A deep line clean requires the use of a stronger solution, it can also mean we need to strip down the fob detectors and couplers to give them a deep clean. for 5-12 taps this is priced at only £120 per clean and is billed on completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • over 12 taps is charged at an extra £10 per tap.

  • A deep line clean is generally needed if the lines have been neglected for any reason. Heavy soiling can cause buildup in the lines, leading to excessive fobbing and wastage. Leaving beer in the lines for an excessive amount of time can also lead to taste issues. this can usually be removed by using a stronger mixture, in some cases a sanitiser will be needed which will cost extra.

Training options

  • If you only want to train your staff at the front of house element we have this covered. from 1-3 members of staff can be trained at a time covering the following;

    • Perfect pour, how not to waste beer.

    • Nozzle care.

    • Glassware.

    • Glass washers.

    £49.99 for a 1-2 hour session including a certificate for each participant.

  • A more in-depth session, from 1-3 members of staff can be trained at a time covering the following;

    • Perfect pour, how not to waste beer.

    • Nozzle care.

    • Glassware.

    • Glass washers.

    • Connecting a keg.

    • Swapping a keg.

    • Stock management.

    • Cask handling.

    • Cellar temperatures.

    • Cooler Temperatures.

    • Cellar hygiene.

    • Line cleaning if required.

    • What each gas does and how to identify it.

    • Swapping a gas bottle the safe way.

    • General troubleshooting.

    £99.99 for a 2-3 hour session including a certificate for each participant.

  • We also can offer the addition of a PDF guide that covers all that has be learned at a training session for an additional £9.99. This will be given free for any customers that take an annual package and training package at the same time.

Other services

  • We will come and renovate your glassware, we will bring the chemicals, all you need is the glassware (and glass washer) we charge £60 for the 1st hour and £50 per hour after. If booked with a line clean or training the price will be £50.

  • With over 8 years of experience working for large brewers we are more than capable of resolving any of your maintenance issues for you should you need us (if the brewery can’t get to you quickly enough).

    we charge a minimum £60 per repair.

    This charge covers a call out at normal working hours for 1 hour. Additional time is charged at £50 per hour.

    Call outs out of hours may only be possible at certain times. This is charged at £200 for the call out and £50 per additional hour.

    Parts are charges on top of this.

  • We can offer installations of Cider, Lager and cask ale.

    For these we charge £60 for the call out + £50 per hour after the 1st, Parts are charged on top of this. We would need 48 hours notice for any installation work required.

  • With extensive knowledge in the drinks dispense industry you can rest assured that you have chosen correctly.

    There may be occasions where you are unable to get your brewery out on time for an event, or you don’t trust they will repair the fault. There may be that one random beer you want to install but they won’t install it. that is where we come in. Contact us now for more details.
